Silver Path Financial donates towards new mammography system at EKRH

Silver Path Financial has donated $1000 in support of EKFH’s upcoming Starlite Campaign to bring a new state-of-the-art mammography system to the East Kootenay Regional Hospital.
This campaign will be raising $1,000,000 to purchase the new machine. The new technology will significantly enhance breast cancer screening and early detection through advanced 3D imaging, providing improved visualization of breast tissue and helping reduce the risk of missed cancers, particularly in dense breast tissue. It will also support faster diagnosis, increase patient capacity, and offer improved comfort for patients. Ultimately, this equipment will help save lives and improve breast health outcomes throughout the East Kootenay.
