Harley Dealer continues to raise money for Wheels for Wheels

Cranbrook, BC… Owner Diane Pawlechko (seated) flanked by EKFH Chair Linda Berukoff is setting her sights on raising additional funds from their June 12 Customer Appreciation Day and July 1 celebration at Finnegan’s pub to purchase a second broda wheelchair.

pDetails L-R: For the second year in a row, Harley-Davidson of the Kootenays has donated money from proceeds of its annual Demo Days barbeque to East Kootenay Foundation for Health. The donation is allocated toward EKFH & Harley’s inspired “Wheels for Wheels” fundraiser. In 2009 the franchise raised enough to purchase two adult transport wheelchairs and in 2010 the proceeds will purchase a broda wheelchair for the regional hospital.

“Wheels for Wheels” and its wheelchairs make a huge impact on patient care at the regional hospital. If you are interested in helping bring a second broda wheelchair to the hospital please drop into Harley-Davidson and make a donation.
